On 24 April 2024 and 25 April 2024, Rajah & Tann Asia (“RTA“) organised side events during the IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference in Japan. The panel of experts from the RTA member firms shared their observations and insights on the latest regulatory developments and investment landscape in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. They also shared their experiences in navigating the regulatory complexities of doing business across Southeast Asia.
The 24 April 2024 event was tailored for the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (“IPBA“) delegates. Lim Wee Hann, Regional Head of Rajah & Tann Asia’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, was the moderator.
