Five-way merger involving Philippines’ largest land developer, Ayala Land, Inc.

Advising Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) on the corporate law/regulatory and competition law aspects of its five-way merger with four of its subsidiaries/affiliates, namely, Cebu Holdings, Inc., Asian I-Office Properties Inc., Arca South Commercial Ventures, Corp., and Central Bloc Developer, Inc., with ALI as the surviving entity. Partner Norma Margarita B.
