PHP18 billion notes facility by SN Aboitiz Power – Benguet, Inc.

Advised and assisted SN Aboitiz Power – Benguet, Inc. with the issuance of fixed rate corporate notes worth PHP18 billion, and prepayment in full of the project loans for its 105MW and 140MW hydroelectric power plants in Benguet, Philippines, including USD denominated project loans from the International Finance Corporation and the Nordic Investment Bank. The notes were purchased in full by BDO Unibank, Inc. and Bank of the Philippine Islands. This marks one of the largest refinancing transactions of the year. Partners Annalisa J.
